New sites MUST have credits added to them before they will be approved.

1. Absolutely No Frame Breakers, Popups, Popins, PopUnders, PopOvers, ExitExchanges, Prompt Popups, Auto Downloads, Malicious Scripts, Flyin Ads, Slide-in Ads, Paid-To-Promote sites, auto audio or video playing sites, Hop.Clickbank sites, Rotators, Redirections or Forwards to a different URL than submitted (includes tinyurl, linkbrander or any other url redirect/cloaking service). No Adult, Pharmacy, Warez or Illegal Content or links to them! Please DO NOT submit them, they will be deleted with all credits lost!

2. Users are allowed to add up to 5 same websites only. New sites MUST have credits added to them before they will be approved. New sites without credits won't be enabled and will be deleted.

3. If users don't activate their accounts within 7 days or login to their accounts for more than 90 days, their accounts will be deleted.

4. We reserve the right to delete any account with out cause or notification.

5. You agree to receive emails from CelticHits.

6. You may only open the view bar in one window on one computer at a time.

7. Do not spam in any way. If you are caught spamming your account will be terminated immediately and you will be charged a $100 administration fee and any other legal fees that may occur.

8. We will notify you if we change the terms & conditions.

9. You may only sign up for one account.
If any member is caught breaking the terms & conditions their account will be deleted. All credits and referrals that they may have will be forfeited.

10. If you submit a site that breaks our rules you will lose all credits in your account.

11. If you are deleted you will not be eligible to sign up for a new account.

12. If you are caught trying to cheat the system your account will be terminated immediately and will be charged for any credits that you have stolen plus a $100 administration fee and any other fees for legal action.

13. If any member causes any harm or damage or is responsible for CelticHits being shut down for any reason you will be charged a $100 administration fee plus any fees involved in getting CelticHits up and running again and any legal fees that might occur.
